Double Helix by Spyglass Brewing Company is a New England-style Double IPA at 8.2% ABV from New Hampshire. This double dry-hopped beer blends American hops from the Pacific Northwest and Michigan with Southern Hemisphere varieties—Galaxy, Citra and Cascade—creating a layered aromatic profile. The result is a hazy golden pour with tropical fruit, pineapple and kiwi notes. The palate is nicely balanced and surprisingly approachable for its strength, with soft carbonation, gentle body and a clean finish. This well-regarded beer returns regularly to Spyglass's lineup due to strong customer demand.
