This Estonian beer merges the full, dark character of an Imperial Stout with subtle hazelnut and maple syrup notes integrated through barrel aging. The nose leads with molasses and roasted malt, supported by chocolate and caramel tones enhanced by the bourbon cask. On the palate, the beer delivers more richness than the aroma suggests, with warming alcohol appropriate to its 13.1% ABV. The finish is dry and lingering, where bourbon influence and the stout's natural bitterness combine into a satisfying close.
