Sori Brewing, founded by two Finns in Tallinn, brews beer without compromise. The Pareto 2017 Beer BA is a Scotch Ale matured for twelve months in wooden beer barrels, drawing additional flavour and aroma from the wood. At 12.5% ABV, this is a full-bodied, contemplative ale distinguished by its barrel-aged character. The nose reveals caramel and fruit notes. On the palate, the beer presents dry, with layers of fruit, wood and beer character. The finish is elegant and lingering, with a warming alcohol presence.
