Celtus is a Rye Wine from Sori Brewing, a Finnish-founded brewery now based in Tallinn, Estonia. Born from a collaboration with Seven Island Brewery, this beer showcases rye's distinctive role in a stronger ale. The nose offers sweet malt and caramel with subtle fruit notes. On the palate, sweet malt and caramel take the lead, joined by fruity touches and hop character, while rye contributes a noticeable spicy-peppery edge. The mouthfeel is full and warming, matching the 8.7% ABV.
