Fouriaris is a bold Imperial IPA from Solo Brewery in Heraklion, Crete. Since 2006, this craft brewery has brewed with soul and uncompromising spirit. At 10% alcohol, Fouriaris delivers a full body with explosive flavour: sweet, malty richness clashes with assertive hop bitterness and resinous character. The finish is warm and dry, with a gently astringent mouthfeel that gradually subsides. The name carries Cretan pride and ambition.
