Sofia Blue Kali is a 6.3% Sour IPA born from a collaboration between Sofia Electric Brewing and Hop Hooligans. This special cross-brewery project brings together two producers known for experimental, fruit-forward brewing. The aroma presents pine, herbal and spicy notes with a distinctive tartness. On the palate, ripe mango and tropical fruit character take centre stage, balanced by restrained hop bitterness. Medium-bodied with a pillowy, creamy texture that provides a pleasant counterpoint to the pronounced bitter finish.
