One Night In Hell is a robust imperial stout from Sibeeria Brewery, born from a collaboration with Ārpus Brewing. At 11.7% ABV, this is a full-bodied, velvety stout where smoked dried prunes take centre stage. The nose presents molasses, dark chocolate and gingerbread, complemented by the smoky fruitiness of prunes. On the palate, coffee and chocolate notes emerge, while the prunes contribute a smoky, fruited character that carries through the full body. This is a beer for quiet evenings or cosy pub visits—a heavyweight that hides its alcohol content well beneath complex, dark malt layers.
