Rock City Second Date is a Refurbished Double IPA from Amersfoort-based Rock City Brewing. What sets this series apart is the brewery's practice of reusing the hop slurry from a previous IPA, creating a unique and layered hop character. The result is a full-bodied, tropically sweet IPA with pronounced citrus notes. The Turquoise Edition delivers a well-balanced interplay of fruitiness and bitterness. The beer carries a warm, soft finish with pleasant body that complements its alcohol strength. Rock City Brewing, founded by brothers Koen and Walter Overeem along with Tom de Grijs, is known for refusing to compromise on ingredients and flavour.
