Openluchtmuseum Herfstbock
About
The Herfstbock from Nederlands Openluchtmuseum is a top-fermented seasonal beer honouring De Roskam, an original 18th-century brewhouse relocated to the museum in 1943. Brewed from carefully selected barley malts and wheat malt, it develops an aromatic profile with gentle roasted notes and a deep ruby autumn hue. Sweet malt and red fruit aromas lead to a flavourful palate with subtle roasted undertones. Left unfiltered, sediment may settle naturally. At 6.5% ABV, the beer carries a warming presence without heaviness.
