About
Vijfhoeck 1515 revives the brewing heritage of De Vijfhoeck, a historic brewery housed in Helmond's Huis met de Luts, dating back to 1450. Since 2013, this blonde ale has carried forward the brewery's legacy as a full-malt, top-fermented beer. The beer displays an orange hue with a robust head and lively carbonation. Its aroma presents blonde, fruity notes, while the palate brings light sweetness with evident Belgian yeast character. Bottle conditioning adds depth and complexity to the final expression. At 6.5% ABV with a medium body, Vijfhoeck 1515 is a versatile blonde that pairs well with lighter fare such as salads and poultry.
