Poesiat & Kater revives this traditional Bock following late 19th-century recipes from Brouwerij De Gekroonde Valk. A bottom-fermented beer built on a broad malt foundation of six different malts, it balances sweetness and bitterness with characteristic Dutch depth and dark colour. At 6.5% ABV, it delivers warmth and body without heaviness. The bitterness closes cleanly, providing structure and definition. A classically rooted Dutch bock, brewed with respect for historical brewing tradition and the brewery's Amsterdam heritage.
