Zodiak is Omnipollo's house IPA, brewed since 2014 with a clear mission to satisfy hop enthusiasts. This Swedish craft beer blends pale, wheat and oat malts with an assertive combination of Simcoe, Citra and Centennial hops. The result is a fruity, citrus-forward IPA with notable grapefruit character, balanced by subtle malt notes of butterscotch and sweet grain. The palate opens with medium sweetness before strong hop bitterness takes over, finishing semi-dry with lingering bitter-sweet notes.
