Nebuchadnezzar is an ambitious Double IPA from Swedish brewery Omnipollo, founded in 2010 by brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin. This beer evolved from a homebrew recipe scaled up for production, and features aggressive dual-stage dry hopping with Citra and Mosaic hops. The palate is dominated by citrus and pine, with pronounced notes of mango, passionfruit and grapefruit. Crystal malts provide moderate sweetness to balance the hop intensity. The finish is dry and assertive, with a warming alcohol presence fitting its 8% ABV.
