Slomo is a Session Saison from Oedipus Brewing, based in Amsterdam, designed to deliver flavour without heaviness. At 3.5% ABV, this light saison retains the characteristic yeast esters and spice notes typical of the style. The result is a refreshing beer suited to longer drinking sessions. Oedipus was born from friendship and a drive to break brewing patterns, and Slomo reflects that philosophy—a beer that proves low alcohol need not mean low flavour.
