Nøgne Ø In Dulce Jubilo is an ambitious Quadrupel from Norwegian brewery Nøgne Ø, matured in Oloroso Sherry casks. This robust beer (13% ABV) draws inspiration from glögg, the traditional Scandinavian mulled wine, and is spiced with five aromatics: cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, coriander and cloves. The Sherry cask aging imparts warmth and complexity, with dried fruit and sweet undertones. The spice blend adds subtle piquancy that complements the full body and alcohol warmth.
