About
Northern Monk Patrons Project 24.05 is an Imperial Stout from Leeds, England, part of the celebrated Patrons series in which Northern Monk collaborates with artists, athletes and creatives across the North. This beer emerged from a unique partnership: a single base batch of 2000 litres was divided by Brouwerij Brouwersnös in Groenlo into five distinct fruity variants. This is a full-bodied, complex stout at 10.5% ABV. The aroma shows chocolate, vanilla and tonka bean, supported by hints of licorice and roasted malt. On the palate, sweet notes of chocolate and vanilla dominate, with restrained touches of tobacco and licorice root. It displays a silky, oily texture that emphasises the full body.
