Northern Fresh IPA 012 is a double dry-hopped IPA from Northern Monk, the independent Leeds-based brewery. At 7% ABV with a generous oat content in the grain bill, this beer achieves a full, rounded mouthfeel. The hop blend of Cashmere, Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic delivers a burst of tropical fruit—pineapple, mango and citrus lead both the nose and palate. A subtle, soft bitterness provides support without overwhelming, while a delicate floral finish rounds out the experience.
