Stick a Finger in the Soil is a crisp and thirst-quenching Pale Ale from Copenhagen-based Mikkeller. This beer proves that hoppy does not have to mean heavy: tropical fruit aromas and citrus notes give way to a smooth, approachable drink with a fine bitter edge. Golden in colour with a full mouthfeel and a spicy, dry finish. Mikkeller began as an experimental project by a Danish schoolteacher in his Copenhagen kitchen and has grown into a brewery that pushes boundaries with hops, malts and fermentation methods.
