Hair in the Mailbox is an American IPA from Mikkeller, the Danish brewery founded in 2006 by two schoolteachers. The beer displays a bright golden hue topped with a generous, creamy white head. On the nose, tropical citrus aromas dominate—grapefruit, melon and white grape notes lead the way. The palate shows fruity hop character balanced by subtle caramel malt sweetness, building toward a firm, bitter finish. Floral notes emerge in the aftertaste.
