Malbygg's Doppa is an Icelandic Imperial Stout that doesn't hold back. Aged on a blend of bourbon and maple bourbon barrels, this beer draws depth from added coffee, cocoa nibs and coconut. The result is a full-bodied, warming brew layered with roasted and sweet character that lingers long after each sip. Brewed in collaboration with Cycle Brewing, Doppa reflects thoughtful barrel work and ingredient selection. At 10.5% ABV, it's a contemplative beer—best savoured slowly, ideally as a dessert or winter companion.
