Lowlander's Winter IPA is brewed with reclaimed spruce needles from Christmas trees, hand-picked and preserved to deliver winter forest aromas. This seasonal beer combines the hoppy character of a traditional IPA with a crisp, light base—all at just 0.3% alcohol. True to Lowlander's botanical philosophy, the beer uses only barley malt, hops, yeast, water and juniper berries, creating a clear and refreshing drink with a clean finish. On the nose, expect citrus hop notes layered with woody, piney undertones from the spruce. The palate is fruity and lightly bitter, with a dry, crisp close.
