Carpe is a hazy Session IPA from La Source Beer Co., an artisanal Brussels microbrewery established in 2019. This light IPA opens with peach and mango fruit, layered with citrus notes and a spicy edge from Chinook hops. Brewed with pilsner malt and oat, it delivers hoppy character without excessive weight at 4.3% ABV. The palate shows a pleasant balance of sweet malt, citrus zest, and herbal hop bitterness.
