Tak is the flagship of Bevog Brewery, the beer that established the Austrian brewery's reputation. Slovenian master brewer Vasja Golar crafted a Pale Ale that marries English heritage with American brewing ambition. A rich blend of base and caramelized malts forms the foundation, topped with fruit-forward hops that deliver fresh, aromatic character. The result is a balanced ale with sweet malt undertones and subtle vanilla notes, never heavy-handed. The hop aroma in the nose is pronounced, showing floral and exotic fruit, while the palate is more restrained. Tak hides its 5.5% ABV remarkably well and finishes bone-dry with a pleasant tingle. This is a classic Pale Ale with substance—smooth and approachable, yet layered enough to reward a second glass.
