Kâld Kletske Jiertiid is a Frisian saison brewed by Brouwerij Dockum in Dokkum. The beer follows classic Belgian farmhouse traditions and delivers a refreshing, dry finish that makes it an excellent thirst quencher. The aroma reveals spicy yeast character, pale malt, citrus and lemon peel with delicate floral and grassy undertones. On the palate, it is fairly sweet with mild bitterness, while the finish remains clean and dry. At 5.1% ABV, it is an approachable beer best enjoyed between 5 and 8°C.
