Kâld Kletske Herfstbock is a seasonal bock from Brouwerij Dockum in the Frisian town of Dokkum, brewed in the classical Belgian bock tradition. Roasted malts form the backbone, delivering gentle sweetness alongside prominent notes of caramel and mocha. The bitterness is measured and pleasant, finishing with a slightly sticky mouthfeel that frames the beer's weight and warmth. At 7% ABV, this autumn bock carries substantial body. It pairs well with spiced dishes, fatty fish and meat. Since opening in 2018, Brouwerij Dockum has restored the brewing heritage of Dokkum, crafting traditional styles under the Kâld Kletske label with care and authenticity.
