The brewery has been brewing since 1871 in the Bavarian tradition, adhering to the Reinheitsgebot. This beer is crafted with barley malt, wheat malt, and the finest Hallertau hops, following family recipes of the ruling Bavarian house. The aroma displays characteristic wheat beer notes: banana, clove, and sweet malt. The palate is refreshing and lightly sweet, with grainy flavours balanced by a subtle hop bitterness.
