Lyra is a golden ale from Mediterranean Microbrewery in Kissamos, Crete. This unfiltered and unpasteurised beer is brewed with Greek malt and selected hops without additives or preservatives. At 5.8% ABV, it delivers a full-bodied drinking experience. In the glass it shows a bright golden colour with a nice white head. The nose reveals rich floral aromas with notes of malt, biscuit and honey. On the palate, the sweet impression comes through, supported by honey and citrus notes, with a light bitter finish that rounds out the whole nicely.
