KRUX Pigmenter is an unfiltered Helles lager brewed at KRUX Brouwwerf on Amsterdam's historic Cruquius Island. This light lager presents a floral character with clear citrus and apple notes, balanced by a crisp bitterness and dry finish. The unfiltered nature of this Helles gives it a natural texture and full flavour despite its modest alcohol content. Brewed on some of the city's smallest copper vessels, KRUX ferments and matures its beers on-site, where they are also served to visitors. The result is a refreshing, straightforward lager that reflects the brewery's commitment to small-batch, hands-on production.
