The Sailing '22 Tres Hombres is a 10% tripel subjected to this distinctive journey. A single base recipe of 2000 litres was split across different barrels, yielding multiple variants, each with its own expression. This tripel marries the fruity, spicy character of the style with the warmth and depth of rum barrel maturation. It is a substantial beer with real presence, where the alcohol is felt but well-integrated.
