RAAB'S Kerstbier by IV:UUR is a Belgian tripel at 9% ABV that matures for four years before bottling. This small, independent brewery from Vriezenveen in Overijssel crafts beer with distinctive character. The beer displays dark tones with notes of raisins and barley sugar, balanced by warm hints of gold, frankincense and myrrh. The brewery's name says it all: "four o'clock" – beer o'clock!
