Huttenkloas Blond is an ale from Twente, brewed by the eponymous brewery named after the medieval Twente highwayman Klaas Annink. This bottom-fermented blonde ale balances a full body with pleasant sweetness and a subtle bitterness. The beer opens with a fresh, aromatic nose and develops a light, gently sweet palate. The dry-hopping adds layers of brightness and complexity to the finish. At 6.3% ABV, it offers enough character and substance to engage the palate without overwhelming it.
