Night Shift Vintage 2020 is an ambitious Russian Imperial Stout from Hungarian brewery Horizont Brewing, aged in bourbon barrels. Brewed with twelve malt varieties and a six-hour boil, followed by three months of fermentation, this beer was then steeped in freshly roasted Ethiopian coffee beans and Ghanaian cacao to develop its character. The result is a complex, dark stout layered with coffee, chocolate, vanilla and bourbon notes.
