This balanced German Pils is brewed according to the Reinheitsgebot using only malt, water, hops and yeast. The beer presents a clear straw-gold colour with a generous white head. The aroma leads with fresh, grassy notes and subtle cracker malt. On the palate, it reveals a clean, dry character with light citrus and stone fruit hints, anchored by a classic noble hop bitterness that remains gentle and refined.
