Sicilian Devil by HillDevils is a Russian Imperial Stout at 9.8% ABV, aged for 15 months in walnut-treated Marsala casks from Sicily. This barrel-aged expression reveals a complex character shaped by the wine barrel maturation, offering notes of chestnut, dark wood and sweet Marsala undertones. With 74 IBU, the bitterness is restrained and integrated into a warming, full-bodied frame that finishes with gentle sweetness. Best enjoyed at room temperature to fully appreciate the depth each barrel imparts.
