Wild Leven from Hert Bier is a traditional bock brewed in Putten with four varieties of malt and two aromatic hop selections. This deep copper-coloured beer develops a full, warming character shaped by its roasted malt bill. The nose carries malty and fruity character. On the palate, pleasant sweetness balances a firm bitterness, with woody and plum-like notes emerging. The finish shows caramel-like bitterness that lingers. Hert Bier was born from friendship and dedicated entrepreneurship, with three friends united by their passion for crafting specialty beer.
