Winter Schaop is a traditional winter bock from Herder Bier, the craft brewery based in Velden, Limburg. At around 9% ABV, this seasonal beer delivers a full, warming flavour suited to the colder months. Brewed with dark malts and rich spices including cinnamon and anise, Winter Schaop presents a spiced aromatic character. Despite its strength, the beer remains approachable, with restrained bitterness and subtle sweetness in the finish.
