Guilty Monkey Brewery was founded in 2021 by Oscar Heijnen and crafts characterful beers with personality. The IPA Aap is brewed with Mosaic and Magnum hops, delivering an impressive aroma of tropical and citrus fruits. This IPA presents a complex, layered flavour profile balancing bitterness, sweetness and subtle spice. The hop character ranges from piney and resinous to citric and floral, creating a multi-dimensional drinking experience.
