Goose Island's Bourbon County Brand Stout from 2015 is an imperial stout matured for over a year in bourbon barrels. This is a full-bodied, complex stout layering deep roasted cacao, espresso and toffee with vanilla and brown sugar notes drawn from the bourbon wood.
