Gigantic Brewing's Most Most Premium Russian Imperial Stout represents an ambitious barrel-aging initiative from Oregon. Released in 2020 at 12% ABV, this variant matured in maple barrels as part of the brewery's multi-variant program. Each expression was aged and refined over months to develop distinct character. A full-bodied stout with oily texture and soft carbonation. Sweet roasted malt flavours meet barrel spice underneath, finishing sweet and roasty with minimal hop bitterness. The alcohol presence is warming but well-balanced within the composition.
