Beers That Nobody Asked For is a light saison from Galway Bay Brewery, the independent producer on Ireland's west coast. A collaboration with Boundary Brewery, it's built on a pillow of pilsner malt, wheat, oats and rice, hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Talus and Citra and co-fermented with house yeast to develop classic farmhouse character. This is a playful, approachable beer that doesn't demand attention but rewards it. The balance between hop presence and malt backbone keeps it dry and refreshing, with the saison's characteristic spice and complexity showing through in a light frame.
