The Noble from Beerze is a Quadrupel brewed in Vessem, a small family brewery with deep roots in the Brabant Kempen region. This was master brewer Ivo Kaanen's first beer when the brewery reopened—a bold move in a market that seemed to offer little room for craft speciality beers at the time. The beer presents itself in a coppery hue beneath a creamy head. The nose reveals aromas of ripe dark fruit and caramel, with subtle malt undertones. On the palate, the same ripeness unfolds with full, complex fruit character. The Noble earned gold at the European Beer Star, recognition of the quality and character of this ambitious beer.
