About
Amsterdam's Frankendael Brewing launched Tramp Stamp in 2018 as a low-alcohol saison for those ready to break from convention. Built on pilsner and caramel malts, this blonde ale is hopped with Galena, Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe and Amarillo to 63 IBU. The nose reveals spice with black pepper notes. On the palate, bitterness dominates, balanced by fruity character and subtle tartness. Low alcohol and minimal residual sugar let the hop bitterness shine, finishing dry and slightly astringent. An approachable beer with genuine backbone—true to Frankendael's philosophy of brewing outside the ordinary.
