Hip Hops from Beerbliotek is an American IPA brewed in Gothenburg by four friends from around the world. The beer pairs a clean malt base of Pale Malt and Carapils with a blend of contemporary hop varieties the brewery calls 'hipster hops'. Pale golden in colour with a crisp, tight profile. The palate shows light sweetness and biscuit malt alongside grapefruit zest and subtle tropical fruit notes. Light bitterness leads to a dry, grassy finish that lets the hops shine through clearly. At 6% ABV with a medium body, Hip Hops is an approachable IPA for serious thirst.
