TeVreden MMXXI is a quadrupel from Fortbrouwerij Duits & Lauret, brewed in 2022 as the fifth edition of their exclusive TeVreden series. At 10% alcohol, this dark, full-bodied beer displays sweet notes and aromas of caramel, Belgian candi sugar and raisins. The proceeds from this batch were donated to charity. Duits & Lauret was founded in 2009 by Daniëlle Duits and Marco Lauret, who were dissatisfied with the quality of Dutch beers available at the time. Since 2015, they have brewed their beers in the historic Fort Everdingen near Utrecht, a unique location that also houses a tasting room and shop.
