Out of Space is Folkingebrew's New England Style Triple IPA, brewed at their Groningen brewery with an ambitious 10% ABV. The brewers deployed a double dry hop of Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy and Sabro, building a versatile tropical hop profile. Vermont yeast guides the fermentation, while a malt base of Golden Promise and oats creates a smooth, rounded foundation. Tropical and fruity notes lead both aroma and palate, with restrained bitterness. The creamy mouthfeel masks the alcohol warmth effectively. This is Folkingebrew's heaviest release to date, showcasing the American craft beer vision that has defined the brewery since its 2017 start on Folkingestraat.
