Brewed in Akureyri, Iceland, Einstök's White Ale combines glacier water with a traditional Belgian witbier recipe. Wheat malt, pilsner and oats form the grain bill, complemented by Bavarian noble hops, coriander and orange peel. The nose is subtle, offering toasted cracker, delicate floral notes, white pepper and citrus. The palate is clean and crisp, with lemon and citrus fruit flavours that integrate well with the spice. The finish is refreshing and dry, with very little lingering aftertaste. Light-bodied and thirst-quenching, this witbier works well across seasons and pairs readily with food.
