Eggens IPA is a New England-style IPA from Groningen-based brewery Eggens Craft Beer, brewed with a robust malt foundation and local ingredients. The beer combines barley malt, wheat and oats to create a full, soft flavour with characterful hop bitterness. On the nose, it presents fruity and aromatic qualities with notes of pear, peach and citrus. The palate follows with the same fruity character, complemented by subtle spice and yeasty undertones. The finish is clean and dry, typical of a modern IPA.
