Saison Dupont Biologique is an organically brewed saison from Brasserie Dupont, one of Europe's last farmhouse breweries in Walloon Hainaut. Crafted with certified organic grain and fermented with a vigorous yeast strain, it undergoes bottle conditioning to develop its character. The beer opens with grapefruit, white flowers and spice on the nose. These same notes carry through the palate, joined by a light bitterness that frames the overall complexity.
