Dupont Bière de Miel is an organic honey beer from Brasserie Dupont, one of Europe's last farmhouse breweries in the Hainaut region. At 8% ABV, this beer marries Saison tradition with honey as a defining ingredient. The aroma carries honey, spice and floral notes, while the palate reveals the interplay between soft malt and the complex fermentation character of Dupont's house yeast. These farmers originally brewed their Saisons during winter months and served them in summer to farm workers. Dupont remains true to this heritage, brewing by methods refined over decades.
