Weisser Hirsch is an unfiltered Weizen from Der Hirschbräu, a family-run brewery in Sonthofen, Allgäu. Operating since 1657 and steered by the Höß family for ten generations, the brewery crafts this beer using traditional German methods with bottle conditioning.
